"I had an emergency well pump issue and Well Works was one of the companies I contacted. They called me back promptly to talk about the issue and the guy I spoke to (Jimmy) said he could come out that night. This was around 6pm. After arriving and going through the simple tests, he determined that the well pump was pretty much shot. It was almost 28 years old, so it's had a good life span. He was able to get the new pump installed that night! We did run into an issue with the pitless adapter that is still being worked on, but the service tech was able to work up an alternative method to get the water to the house until we can resolve the issue.

Over all, I'm happy with the prompt response after hours and the service they performed. The bill was reasonable and affordable and I felt as though he kept me well informed of what was going on, my options, and cost concerns. I'm extra happy with the creativity shown by Jimmy in spite of the issues we had.

In the future, Well Works will be my first call when I need any services like this."

Once in the property, they quickly accessed the problem, quoted us a fair price, and it was fixed in an hour. Water back!
